Frequently Asked Questions
Refund Eligibility:
– Cancellations made up to 14 days before the scheduled dates are eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations made within 14 days up to 96 hours (4 days) before the scheduled dates will receive a 50% refund.
– Cancellations within 96 hours (4 days) of the scheduled Jungle Float are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Special Circumstances
Cancellations due to flight cancellations or Red Tide will be accommodated with a rain check for rescheduling with no expiration date.
Severe Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather conditions, guests have the option to reschedule the Jungle Float for another available date and time or receive a rain check that does not expire. Captain Bam’s Jungle Float will assess weather conditions for at least 45 minutes before making a determination.
No-shows and Late Arrivals
No-shows or late arrivals will be charged the full price of the Jungle Float with no refund. It is essential to arrive on time at the designated location to avoid forfeiture of the Jungle Float without the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
This policy ensures clarity and fairness for guests booking Captain Bam’s Jungle Float, while addressing various scenarios including cancellations, special circumstances, weather conditions, and attendance.
We will pick you up at Coquina South Boat Ramp with our pontoon boat
Yes. Every person that will jump to the water must wear lifejacket. We provide the lifejackets.
It is 13 feet deep. It is safe to dive and flips from any of our platforms with the depth.
There is no age limit. But, from our experiences, kids around 6 years old is a good start and will have more fun with all our features, since it might be too intimidating for younger kids. However, if you have younger kids that is more adventurous, they are welcome to play.
250lb for the trampolines and the slides. There is no weight limit for the blob and the platforms.
There is public parking spot at Coquina South Boat Ramp. During on-season please come 45 minutes early due to the limited spots. We don’t have dedicated parking spot for Jungle Float’s costumer, therefore, please be mindful with the traffic.
You can buy our spectator pass for $10/person. You can watch from the boat or on the jungle float.
Yes! You can park your boat/jetski around the jungle float.
